TERMS & CONDITIONS The Pure & Secure, LLC Service Center charges a nominal estimation fee to inspect the machine, give a preliminary diagnosis and provide a work estimate. This work estimate will be communicated to the customer prior to doing any additional work and no work will be performed without approval by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the Pure Water Service Center. Before sending any products into the service center, complete this form Carefully pack the machine and insure the shipment. Pure & Secure, LLC. is not responsible for shipping damage. The Company will send the products back in the same packaging that it was received in if it’s deemed to be good enough. If the packaging is not good enough, or if the Customer requests new packaging, the Company will repackage the machine, which will result in a nominal charge to the Customer.*
