Your body loses moisture just by breathing and perspiring. As you sleep through the night you are losing water, even if you don’t make a trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night. You are most likely dehydrated in the morning. Dehydration can cause sluggishness, bad moods, attention problems and even headaches. Every morning I drink a whole glass of water before I do anything else. It helps me wake up refreshed!
