Boiling Tank Test: (Please allow approximately 30-45 minutes to perform this test)
1) Remove the boil tank from the distiller;
2) Fill the boil tank with water to the fill line;
3) Leave the boiling tank lid off;
4) Unplug the distiller’s power cord from the back of the machine;
5) Plug the power cord directly into the boil tank;
6) Set the boiling tank on a flat surface on top of a hot pad or towel (not inside the distiller)
7) Watch for the water to come to a rolling boil.
Allow the test to run for approximately 30-45 minutes. This will help confirm whether the heating element is functioning properly and if it brings the water to a full rolling boil.
If the water fails to come to a full rolling boil, then a new heating element kit is needed; or

If the unit is tripping your GFCI outlet, then a new controller kit is needed.
