Switch, Momentary On/Off in Black, 643B

Description

The momentary On/Off Switch has various uses, is a plastic rocker style, and has 3 terminals. (Replaces #7227).

• This switch is for the Mini Classic Water Distiller.

Please use the following instructions to install the ON/OFF Switch on the Mini-Classic: CAUTION: Always unplug the unit from its power source prior to doing service work.
1. Remove the top cover of the distiller by removing the screws.
2. Locate the ON/OFF Switch. There are two terminals with wires going to these.
3. You can mark each wire with tape or take a photo of the black and red wires and their positioning.
4. Remove each wire by pulling on the terminal.
5. Remove the old switch by squeezing the ends together and pushing through the front of the machine. We recommend using a pair of pliers to do this.
6. Install the new switch into the opening and click it into place. Note: Make sure you have the switch in the proper position with “OFF” in the bottom position. You will also know the proper position because the switch is a rocker switch and will not hold in the “Start” position. The “Start” would be the top.
7. Reattach each wire to the proper terminal of the new switch.
8. Reinstall the top cover with the screws.
9. Plug the unit into the power source and resume normal operation.
